Job Summary Senior Presentation Associate at Williams Lea, by RRD, located onsite in Columbus, OH. Responsible for providing presentation services to clients, including design, editing, and quality assurance.

Base Pay Range $21.32/hr – $24.00/hr

Shift 2nd (Mon–Fri; 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)

Job Duties

Utilize appropriate logs and tracker software for all presentation work.

Assess job requests and ensure completion throughout the task lifecycle.

Perform presentation design work: create pitch books, materials, edit documents to support client brand; coordinate intake and workflow as needed.

Exercise independent judgment using established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests to client satisfaction.

Demonstrate proficiency in required equipment, technology, software and hardware.

Communicate with team members, supervisor or client regarding job or deadline concerns.

Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients.

Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.

Help foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client.

Perform quality assurance on own work and/or that of others, as requested.

Adhere to Williams Lea Tag policies and client policies.

Use equipment and supplies cost‑efficiently.

Working Conditions

Position operates at sites with maximum 24/7 operations; shift requirements vary by site.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Work performed in a professional work environment with business casual attire.

Hazards include working with office machines and cleaning supplies.

Must be able to sit for most of the time.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

3+ years’ presentation experience, preferably in legal, banking or large corporate environment.

Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) including strong keyboarding and typing skills.

Adept with other software programs for editing/creating documents (Adobe PDF, Creative Suite).

Strong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Applied intermediate to advanced knowledge of grammar, spelling, composition.

Good organizational skills.

Meet deadlines and complete all projects timely.

Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents.

Exercise good judgment for business needs and policy compliance.

Troubleshoot advanced tasks and know when to engage supervision.

Maintain professional composure under immediate deadlines.

Work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Work in a fast‑paced environment.

Communicate professionally verbally and in writing.

Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.

Proven customer service skills.

Supervision Reports to Presentations Supervisor, Account Manager, or Account Manager, Sr. No direct reports.

Job Relationships Internal: Works closely with Proofreaders, Presentations and Graphics Design teams. External: Clients.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate of $24 per hour, with overtime, shift differential, call‑in or stand‑by pay as applicable.
