Overview The QTS Producer, Photo & Video is responsible for producing high‑quality, emotionally engaging multimedia assets that bring the QTS brand story to the world. This role is a key member of the Brand + Marketing team, collaborating closely with internal QTS teams and external partners to deliver video, photography, and interactive content that inspires audiences to engage and take action.
Responsibilities
Think creatively and produce marketing, product, sales, and customer testimonial videos following brand standards
Work with the marketing team to create a vision and conceive designs for innovative videos promoting QTS
Plan, produce and edit videos from conception to final product, including storyboards, shot lists, on‑site coordination, sound editing, and graphics
Produce motion graphics (text animations, special effects, 2D & 3D images) for all marketing materials, including web and digital displays
Ensure brand alignment across all projects
Recommend enhancements to QTS video media content, including production, placement techniques, tools, and equipment
Organize, manage and curate QTS’ digital media library
Provide support for formatting, production, distribution, and placement of QTS videos
Work with the team to ensure vendor‑driven assets are consistent with internally created assets
Up to 20% travel required
Qualifications
BA or BS in Marketing, Photography, Video Production, Visual Design, Broadcast Journalism, or a related major; or equivalent professional experience
3–5 years of professional video production, photography, and/or digital animation experience
Advanced knowledge of video production, editing software, and animation tools (Adobe CC, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Intermediate knowledge of color grading, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom
Experience with RAW file format and understanding of digital cameras, cinema lenses, lighting, and audio equipment
Strong organization and communication skills; ability to convey ideas simply and effectively
Ability to learn and adapt to existing image management processes
Impressive digital portfolio of prior projects
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Ability to convey complex ideas in simple, relevant manner; present to senior executives, product, and sales leadership
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar software
Additional adjacent or complementary software skills
Experience navigating a broad matrix structure and managing external service partners
