Overview TEKsystems is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist in Austin to own the full email lifecycle for a profitable, fast‑growing SaaS platform that helps organizations create accessible, high‑quality websites. This role will plan, write, build, and optimize email programs in HubSpot—from nurture and event/webinar sequences to onboarding, renewal, and expansion—using segmentation, personalization, and testing to drive CTR, conversions, and revenue while safeguarding deliverability and compliance.
Responsibilities • Plan, write, build, and optimize email programs across the full lifecycle, including nurture, event/webinar sequences, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Use segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to enhance engagement (CTR, conversions, revenue).
• Safeguard deliverability and maintain compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
Resident of Austin, TX (or willing to relocate) and fluent in English.
3–5+ years in B2B SaaS email or lifecycle marketing with measurable pipeline impact.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a modern automation platform/CRM.
Strong copy skills and an eye for design and accessibility; basic HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
Comfortable with testing frameworks, segmentation, and data hygiene.
Understand deliverability mechanics and legal requirements.
Analytical mindset – track outcomes and iterate quickly.
Organized and collaborative – communicate clearly and keep projects moving.
Location & Type Permanent position based in Austin, TX. Hybrid work setting.
Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year.
