Marketing Specialist - B2C at Wondr Health
Department Marketing
Reports to Director of Adoption Marketing
Purpose As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will plan and execute participant adoption marketing projects. The role involves developing high‑impact, just‑in‑time materials to increase adoption rates and making a difference in the lives of many people. Candidates must thrive in a high‑urgency, fast‑paced environment and be comfortable taking on simultaneous challenges.
Major Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Adoption Marketing to define strategic direction for participant adoption objectives
Develop integrated, compelling traditional and digital marketing campaigns driven by past performance and target demographic data to increase program enrollments
Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to produce engaging content for program participants
Leverage demand‑generation skills to capture participant attention creatively and effectively
Execute strategies across all digital landscapes, including emails, text messages, microsites, and social media
Manage adoption direct mail communications in collaboration with the Account Management team and external vendors
Create, manage, and update content on internal and external company microsites
Drive development and management of co‑marketing and co‑branded enrollment materials for clients
Collaborate with Automation to provide frequent data reports reflecting initiative efficacy and recommend strategic adjustments
Write, edit, proofread, and update client‑related content and communications per the style guide
Manage agency and vendor relationships ensuring consistency, quality, cost‑effectiveness, and brand alignment
Maintain participant contact lists, imports, and permissions
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all participant engagement communications
Optimize digital and print design for various delivery mediums
Balance competing priorities and manage client and internal demands
Conduct competitor research related to participant enrollment efforts
Take on a variety of projects as needed

Qualifications Education : BA/BS in business, marketing or related field preferred
Experience : 3 to 5 years marketing experience; 1 to 2 years in the health and benefits industry
General Working Conditions General office working conditions. Desk located in a workstation area with limited privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties with frequent interruptions from personnel, visitors, and telephone calls. Work schedules vary and may include remote or hybrid arrangements as determined by the department head.
