Relationship Marketing Coordinator - Boulder

Description Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for successfully booking incremental business through the systematic use of the telephone and approved outbound contact methods. Utilize a company database to strategically contact inactive, declining, un-hosted and specific segmentation of Guests approved by PD leader. Responsibilities include verifying and obtaining pertinent Guest information, booking appropriate reservations, promoting brand loyalty, establishing a relationship for future marketing endeavors, and regular follow up with Guests.

Qualifications Ability to speak and write English fluently, bi-lingual a plus. Ability to use a multi-line telephone and a computer. Previous casino marketing or casino telemarketing preferred.
