Commercial Real Estate Broker or Associate – RMC Property Group (Tampa, FL) RMC Property Group is seeking a motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Broker/Associate to join our growing Brokerage and Leasing team. In addition to strong commission potential, qualified candidates may be eligible for health insurance and benefits, which is a major advantage in the brokerage world.

You will be joining an exciting new team structure designed for growth, collaboration, and high performance. From day one, potential to inherit active leasing assignments provides immediate runway, built‑in deal flow, and early income while you build your own pipeline. Brokers at RMC also have access to multiple fee streams, including leasing commissions, investment sales fees, and incentives for bringing in new property management assignments, creating a diversified and highly scalable income model.

RMC also provides a full‑service in‑house marketing department, ensuring brokers have the tools, materials, and branding support needed to compete at a high level.

What You Will Do Business Development and Client Engagement

Prospect and build relationships with tenants, owners, and tenant rep brokers

Conduct market canvassing, cold calling, and pipeline development

Attend tours, pitch meetings, and client presentations

Landlord and Tenant Representation

Execute leasing strategies across retail, office, and industrial assets

Negotiate LOIs and leases for new deals, renewals, relocations, and expansions

Investment Sales and Advisory

Support acquisitions and dispositions

Assist with valuations, underwriting, comps, and pro‑forma modeling

Participate in the marketing and sale of investment properties

Track rents, absorption, competition, and tenant activity

Maintain real‑time knowledge of expansions and market trends

Who We Are Looking For

Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker, licensed or in process

One to five plus years of commercial real estate experience preferred, but motivated newcomers will be considered

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with canvassing and generating new business

Self‑motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial

Proficient with Excel, CRM systems, and basic financial analysis

Familiarity with Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets is a plus
