Senior Product Designer
Monks is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape enterprise-level digital products, collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, and deliver user-centered experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design efforts for enterprise applications and platforms.
Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions rooted in best practices and data.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to maintain consistency across platforms and preserve design intent.
Make confident, strategic design decisions and communicate them clearly across teams and contexts.
Champion a user‑centered mindset and high‑quality design standards across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise product and app design.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating strongly with a team.
Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client‑facing roles and working directly with decision‑makers.
Strong UI and UX skills, with the ability to translate data into effective user experiences.
Proficiency in Sketch and other design tools.
Experience conducting discovery processes and translating insights into scalable design strategies.
Strategic thinker who asks the right questions to uncover hidden needs.
Experience working in high‑tech environments and navigating the complexities of large organizations.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with design systems at scale.
Background working with agile product teams.
Experience with complex and highly technical product domains.
