Job Overview We are hiring reliable CDL A Team Drivers for OTR Dry Van routes. Drivers operate well‑maintained equipment and run consistent long‑haul freight. This position is ideal for teams looking for stable weekly miles and professionally managed logistics support.
What We Offer Compensation Options
Mileage Pay:
Average 5,000–7,000 team miles per week, paid per mile (75‑80 cpm)
OR
Percentage Pay:
Percentage of weekly gross revenue (30%) (average weekly gross for the truck ranges from $13,000–$17,000, depending on lanes and market conditions)

Driver Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
Minimum 1 year of OTR experience preferred
Ability to run as a team

Job Responsibilities
Operate a 53 ft Dry Van safely and professionally
Complete ELD logs and required paperwork accurately
Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, issues, or delays
Maintain equipment in clean and safe condition
