About Us RAM Partners LLC is a full‑service real estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments throughout the United States, specializing in multi‑family community management for a variety of third‑party owners. Compensation:

$75,000 to $80,000 annually

Overview Altis Grand Lake Willis is looking for a Property Manager with lease‑up experience who can guide their team to ensure the community runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Oversee hiring, training, supervision, and motivation of the property staff

Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to meet budget and financial guidelines

Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent deposits and fees, and perform all A/P functions

Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents

Perform building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards

Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident requests have been completed

Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and assist with resolution

Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high level of detail

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus

At least 2 years of multi‑family property management experience

Lease‑up experience required

Bilingual required

Valid driver’s license

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Industry software experience (YARDI, e‑Site, etc.)

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner

Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
