The Road to Elite Experience levels and corresponding pay:
Up to 3 Months Experience – Earn Up to .60 CPM – Pay Range of $55,000 - $85,000 per Driver
3+ Months Experience – Earn Up to .73 CPM – Pay Range of $60,000 - $90,000 per Driver
9+ Months Experience – Earn Up to .83 CPM – Pay Range of $92,000 - $110,000 per Driver

Priority load planning as well as a higher percentage of no-touch freight.

Minimum Requirements
Must be 21 years old
Valid Class A CDL
A recent graduate of a truck driving school or verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Acceptable driving record
Able to perform the essential functions of the job (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Meet all DOT qualifications
Pass a DOT physical, including DOT drug screen and company hair follicle testing
Acceptable references from past employers
