Job Description
Requirement / Must Have
Experience performing electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
Experience working in a clean room environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant assembly experience.
Or associate degree with up to 2 years of related experience.
Experience with wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
Responsibilities
Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations in a clean room environment.
Utilize skilled hand tools and automated production equipment as required.
Follow defined methods and sequences of operation for assembly tasks.
Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
Set up and adjust assemblies while maintaining blueprint tolerances.
Identify straightforward problems and escalate issues to supervision as needed.
Follow established processes and procedures to complete tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members to exchange technical information.
Should Have
Experience in high-tech or electronic manufacturing environments.
Exposure to more advanced electronic assembly techniques.
Skills
Electronic and electro-mechanical assembly.
Blueprint and technical document interpretation.
Hand soldering and cable assembly.
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Teamwork and communication.
Qualification and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree preferred.
