Mission of Job

To increase the sales of L.U.C to official L.U.C accounts end end-clients.

To ensure the continuity of the L.U.C sales training program, and further develop the necessary watchmaking knowledge within our retail and wholesale teams around the world.

To organize and lead the H.H. manufacture visits in Fleurier and Meyrin

To promote all aspects of the L.U.C collection and ensure its long-term success.

To engage in any sales or promotional activities for Ferdinand Berthoud where necessary.

Responsibilities

Ensure the achievement or overachievement of the global wholesale and retail L.U.C objectives, in close collaboration with the Head of Haute Horlogerie.

Assist in monitoring the L.U.C core range coverage implementation and replenishment and in both our retail and wholesale networks.

Assist in the development and implementation of various L.U.C sales incentives in both WS and Retail, with a focus on decreasing ageing stocks.

Work with our key boutiques and the L.U.C “Champion’s League” to develop the CRM tool and secure new L.U.C customers end clients.

Interact with L.U.C ambassadors from our authorized L.U.C partners to share information, initiate sales activities, plan events, etc.

Training: (25%)

Develop the L.U.C training schedule with our Chopard trainers around the world and ensure the necessary follow-up to make a lasting impact.

Play a key role in organizing yearly Retail L.U.C seminars in Fleurier.

Play a key role in organizing yearly Wholesale L.U.C seminars in Fleurier

Lead our sales teams as an Haute Horlogerie specialist, developing their confidence to sell L.U.C products.

Assist in the development of key training materials for the L.U.C collection. Keeping all L.U.C benchmarks up-to-date and accurate.

Engage in any training request which might come from Ferdinand Berthoud, both for internal or external stakeholders.

H.H. Manufacturevisits: (30%)

Plan, organize and lead H.H. dedicated manufacture visits in in Meyrin and Fleurier.

Work together with our subsidiaries to organize and lead various Fleurier Manufacture visits per year.

Assure a perfect client journey from beginning to end, including invitations, qualitative visit experience, hotel & restaurant arrangements and follow up.

Assure positive ROI on such visits with strong conversion rates.

Continuously propose improvements on the visit journey and experiences, by also implementing best-practice from the competition.

Responsible for maintaining the L.U.C house collections in good working condition, both in Geneva & Fleurier.

Events & Exhibitions: (20%)

Be present at dedicated H.H. events and exhibitions to assist in the overall sales process (incl. W&W, Pre-W&W, Cannes, major events in our regions, etc.).

Finalize H.H. presentations for customers events and press conferences.

Organize H.H. collections for customer events and exhibitions.

Develop the Haute Horlogerie travel collection, planning a dedicated raveling collection with a focus on increasing end-client sales, both for our retail and WS network.

Create Fast Facts and Post Event reports for all L.U.C events & exhibitions, to be shared internally as “best practice”.

Attend and interact in specific events & exhibitions for Ferdinand Berthoud, where required.

Required skills

University degree or higher education, ideally in Watch Making, etc.

Haute Horlogerie training and sales experience

Fluent conduct of English and French. German and any other language a plus.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Thorough knowledge of our H.H. collections (past models included) and all movement families associated with these collections.

General passion for watchmaking and profound knowledge about the competition.

Ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility on daily tasks, with the ability to prioritize

Strong communication and organizational skills

Motivation and creativity to find solutions and improve existing processes

Ability and power to ‘close’ sales in different cultural environments.

Keep a ‘gentleman’ appearance at all times

Ready to travel 30-40% of work time
