About the Job
Lead by Example:
Be a team player by fully overseeing all tasks and duties of Team Members.
Team Development:
Assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
Facility Maintenance:
Ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self‑serving options (food & drink dispensers).
Operational Excellence:
Complete inspections of facilities/equipment with the Store Director and for third‑party inspections.

The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to
50 pounds .
Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
