Job Description The Utility Locator places a high priority on safety and quality while performing line locating. The Locator uses magnetic sensing equipment and maps to identify the location of underground utility lines and pipes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and interpret utility plans / prints to identify the type and size of underground utilities.
Provide accurate documentation and or sketches related to locates completed.
Perform work in all weather conditions, during normal and after hours.
Strong attention to detail
Must always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Pramira’s safety standards.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3+ years of locating experience is preferred
Must be experience with GPR and Radiodetection
Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver license with clean driving record
Self-motivated with ability to following oral and written instructions
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with coworkers
Must have the ability to exert heavy physical effort, lift heavy physical objects, kneel, crouch, balance, climb or crawl
Must pass a Drug Test & Background Check
Additional Information Pay range:$25-$30/hr DOE
