As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell our Vocera products—smartphones, the hand‑free wearable Vocera Smartbadge, and Vocera Badge—to providers in education (kindergarten (K) through 12th grade). This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders. You’ll stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to position Stryker’s products effectively, exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support to drive business growth.
What You Will Do
Continue experience in sales or education setting.
Promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet the needs of K‑12 education customers.
Drive sales growth by developing a robust sales funnel through prospecting, securing new accounts, and expanding our portfolio within existing customer base.
Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships.
Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities in a designated territory.
Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy to progress deals through the process.
Forecast and maintain the necessary pipeline to support quota achievement quarter over quarter.
Conduct solution‑focused customer presentations, coordinating involvement of all necessary internal team members.
Leverage relationships with an approved network of indirect resellers to identify new opportunities.
Display experience with reports and budget, customer service, and project management.
Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.
What You Need Required
High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles, typically six months or longer with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree.
Compensation & Benefits Base + commission: $110,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses. Benefits include medical and prescription drug insurance, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing and tobacco cessation programs. Financial benefits include HSA, FSAs, 401(k), ESPP, basic life and AD&D, and short‑term disability insurance.
