How You Will Contribute
Examines documents such as application forms, inspection reports, insurance maps, and medical reports to determine the degree of risk based on applicant financial standing, age, occupation, accident experience, and property value and condition.
Works with the Broker to ensure all required information is obtained, proper applications are completed, quotes and binders are confirmed in writing, and policies are issued promptly in accordance with state laws.
Provides full assistance and support within the Department.
Manages day‑to‑day account activity.
Ensures compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
Orders inspections and handles them as needed.
Ensures coding on required forms is completed accurately.
Processes endorsements.
Fosters and improves relationships with other departments, producers, and companies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Licenses And Certifications
An active state insurance license.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) or more years of successful insurance experience or completion of a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
