Responsibilities
Assist eligible clients with severe mental illness in obtaining and maintaining adequate housing.
Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate services.
Manage services related to accessing and obtaining housing.
Orient clients to housing programs, referral options, support services, and housing options.
Serve as a liaison between landlords, tenants, service providers, and the community regarding housing needs.
Complete and submit required reports.
Assist with grant writing and grant proposal submission.
Provide individualized supportive housing services for clients.
Communicate courteously and professionally, maintaining working relationships with others in carrying out job functions.
Attend and represent the program and agency in a responsible, professional manner at all meetings.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related Human Service field.
A Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in a human service organization is preferred.
A valid driver’s license or other evidence of mobility is required.

Applicants must pass a Background Study.
Familiarity with impoverished and/or unhoused populations, computer knowledge, record keeping, and/or client intake is preferred.

Full-time, 40 hours/week, $19.27 - $26.98/hr. Benefit eligible: medical, dental, vision, life/add/std, retirement plan, holiday pay and paid-time off.
Potential Schedule: Weekdays between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. dictated by program needs.
