Overview We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Cleanroom business function. In this role, you will provide regional sales leadership to drive profitable growth, enhance sales effectiveness, and support business performance in line with the Business Unit strategy and ELIS Group values. This role covers London and the South East area.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop, maintain, and progress a Key Account Plan for each customer.
Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in existing accounts.
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Technical Sales: Drive a technical solution sales approach to solve customer needs.
Operations & Coordination: Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines.
Training & Consultation: Consult, train, and implement concepts and products at End User facilities.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
4-5 years of experience in the field or related organization.
Proven experience in cross‑selling and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and ability to create and execute marketing campaigns.
Global awareness of international variances in cultural and legal issues.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, issues, and news.
