A company is looking for a Channel Manager, Broker (Remote).
Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and enable broker networks to expand market reach and generate qualified leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, CPAs, and business owners to foster long-term engagement
Drive pipeline performance and achieve referral and ARR targets through proactive partner engagement and joint selling strategies
Required Qualifications 3+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in HCM, payroll, benefits, or SaaS
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Skilled in creating partner enablement programs and delivering compelling presentations
Highly organized with a data-driven approach to performance tracking and forecasting
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
