This inside sales role puts you at the intersection of design and construction—helping architects, developers, and general contractors specify custom building products for commercial projects. You'll guide complex sales from initial inquiry through design consultation to contract signing, typically working 6-12+ month sales cycles with inbound leads and project RFPs.

Base pay range $68,000.00/yr - $76,000.00/yr

What You'll Actually Do

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through design refinements and closing using consultative selling techniques

Work alongside pre‑construction and design teams to turn architectural concepts into buildable solutions

Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, and construction decision‑makers

Represent the company at trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry events

You understand commercial construction —the language, the players, the process

You're comfortable with long sales cycles

that involve multiple stakeholders and design iterations

You can read and interpret construction drawings

(or learn quickly)

You communicate well

with architects who think conceptually and contractors who think practically

You're consultative, not pushy —you help solve design challenges, not just push product
