We’re hiring a
Senior Salesforce Administrator
to play a vital role in the development of a modern platform that innovates and scales how we service our customers! You will help drive our product roadmap and develop solutions that meet the needs of our users and customers.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, responsible for the health and stability of a business-critical system. As user experience is of great importance, the Senior Salesforce Administrator should enjoy interacting with users to manage support tickets, assist with training, and help with user adoption. This role will collaborate with product teams to deliver high value solutions and support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
What you’ll do:
Ensure the health, scale, and stability of a business-critical platform for employees and customers
Use strategic focus and strong analytical skills to optimize Salesforce solutions
Support our scaled agile process to provide a regular cadence of incremental UX-focused business value
Become a trusted advisor to key business and technical stakeholders on business requirements and platform roadmap
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive platform maintenance including security reviews, release updates, health check, and org check
Maintaining a high level of data integrity, implementing rules and automation to manage Salesforce records, retention policies, and storage quotas
Supporting production issues, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating updates with users
Developing and enforcing business and technical governance policies, procedures, and guidelines
Working in and across agile teams alongside software engineers to customize Salesforce using low/no-code approaches (e.g., flows, layouts, dashboards, etc.)
Contributing to a Business Continuity Plan and devising technical action items such as backup/restore strategy and monitoring Salesforce Trust site and platform logs
Developing and collaborating with the BI team on operational reports, dashboards, and analytics
User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
Sandbox management and licensing
Identifying unused or underutilized platform features
Configuring and maintaining integrations with other internal or third-party applicationsDeveloping automation scripts as applicable
Writing technical documentation
Support stakeholders and customers by researching/resolving production incidents or participating in org wide incidents commands.
Implement and maintain AI-powered infrastructure monitoring and automation systems
Respond to and validate AI-generated infrastructure alerts and recommendations
Design automated workflows for routine system administration tasks
Ensure AI systems operate within security and compliance requirement
Lead organization-wide AI infrastructure automation initiatives
Develop standards and best practices for AI-enhanced systems administration
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years’ experience in a related field
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience with Service Cloud
1+ years of hands-on Field Service Administrator experience
Experience delivering and maintaining high-scale Salesforce implementations for critical business operations
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Fundamental understanding of Salesforce development features such as Apex and Lightning Web Components
Strong communications skills, adaptable to multiple levels of technical and business stakeholders
Experience in an agile delivery environment
Experience with change management and governance
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Additional certificates, such as Advanced Admin or Admin Super Set
Salesforce development background
DevOps/release management experience; release tools such as GitHub Actions
