What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and grow business across the Midwest region

Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities, including cold outreach

Deepen partnerships with current customers to expand sales

Manage customer-specific projects from ideation to commercialization

Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Client Services, and Marketing to exceed customer expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 5 years of food‑industry sales experience with existing industry contacts

Proven track record of driving growth and managing accounts

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel 50%+
