Pay & Compensation
Solo Owner Operators: $3,450 per week + Fuel Surcharge (FSC)
Team Owner Operators: $7,975 per week + FSC
Empty miles: $0.80 CPM + FSC
$300 orientation reimbursement
$1 per mile (up to 500 miles) for bringing a truck to class (no trailer needed)

Job Requirements
At least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
Minimum 2 years of driving experience
Must own their own truck
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No more than 3 non‑DOT preventable accidents
No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
No failed drug or alcohol test
