What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a regional business plan for strategic irrigation and pool/spa accounts

Grow market share and reclaim lost business through focused account strategies

Identify new growth opportunities within existing and emerging channels

Partner with regional leadership of National Irrigation & Pool/Spa Accounts

Conduct product training, presentations, and joint sales calls

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 5 years of sales management experience

Strong background in irrigation markets (distribution, buying groups, or manufacturers)

Proven ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies

Willingness and ability to travel 60–70% within the region

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Experience working with large distributors and buying groups

Background in pipe, fittings, or building products

Demonstrated success regaining lost market share

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to present complex products and conduct hands‑on demonstrations
