The role is for a motivated, service‑oriented Florida Account Manager to support clients with policy needs, handle service requests, and ensure a positive customer experience. Candidates do not have to live in Florida but must hold an active Florida 220 license. Prior independent agency experience is required.
Base pay range $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate client records and efficiently process policy changes, endorsements, and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries regarding policies, coverages, billing, and claims.
Analysis renewal and expiration reports to identify and act on retention opportunities.
Assist clients with quotes, coverage explanations, and policy options.
Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless client support.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures.
Qualifications
Active Florida 220 license (Required).
2+ years of experience in an independent agency.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance.
Small commercial lines experience.
Familiarity with Citizen Insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
