Account Manager - Equipment Financing
Our client is disrupting the billion-dollar restaurant equipment financing industry—and they're looking for ambitious Account Managers who want to build serious wealth while helping hospitality businesses grow.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field, building relationships with equipment dealers and restaurant operators, showing them how our client's innovative financing solutions can drive their sales and profits. Some of What You'll Do In The Role: Build Your Book of Business
Develop and own relationships with equipment dealers across your territory—they become your partners, and you become their go-to financing expert
Hunt for new dealer partnerships using a boots-on-the-ground approach—this is face‑to‑face sales, not cold calling from a cubicle
Train dealer sales teams on the flagship product (a 12‑month rental‑to‑own solution that's the first of its kind in the market and well established in other countries)
Work deals from start to finish, partnering with dealers to close financing transactions and hit your numbers
Drive Revenue
Progress deals through our client's proprietary platform, collaborating with credit, funding, and operations teams to keep transactions moving
Identify marketing opportunities that create wins for both your dealer partners and you
Stay connected with your network through in‑person meetings, calls, and emails—relationship‑building is everything in this role
You Should Have the Following in Your Background to Apply: Experience
2+ years in leasing or finance‑related sales, OR
2+ years selling foodservice/hospitality equipment or related industry products
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or Hospitality Management
Must‑Haves
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays in and around your state and adjoining hub cities (where appropriate)
Strong communication skills (you'll be presenting to dealer teams and business owners regularly)
The Money (Let's Talk Real Numbers) Base Compensation : $70,000 salary
Monthly Commissions : Uncapped—the more you sell, the more you earn
Quarterly Bonuses : Performance‑based payouts on top of your commissions
Car Allowance : Provided to support your territory coverage
Total Earning Potential : Six figures+ for top performers who execute
