This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Fort Mill, SC, for an Account Executive. Key responsibilities include sourcing new customers, managing transportation solutions, building lasting client relationships, and negotiating contracts with both clients and carriers. The Account Executive will also monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical issues, maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
Strong communication and customer service skills to work closely with clients and colleagues
Organizational and problem‑solving abilities to manage shipments and resolve issues effectively
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
Basic knowledge of logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation industries is a plus
