Senior Loan Sales Representative
Location: Greater Knoxville Area, TN (Powell, TN)
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
Overview This position leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers.
The Senior Loan Sales Representative works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships, identify customer needs, and provide exceptional service.
The Sr. LSR interviews customers using professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results‑oriented approach.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Recommends products and services to support individual and branch sales goals, and customer expectations
Markets branch products and services to customers and potential customers
Conducts assigned collection calls to arrange payment of customer accounts
Seeks opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
Develops knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
Ensures customer information is correct and documents interactions
Consistently meets or exceeds branch and individual goals
Conducts dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
Builds internal and external relationships
Ensures customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
Adheres to all 1FFC policies and procedures
Complies with all State and Federal regulations
Exhibits knowledge of all 1FFC products
Seeks additional opportunities and responsibilities
Participates in personal development
Education, Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must work onsite at the branch office (remote work not permitted)
Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various State and federal regulators
Demonstrates analytical ability and sound judgment
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings
Ability to maintain confidential information
Action- and result-focused mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Desirable
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile
