Retail Sales Manager
Acosta Group is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to lead a team that drives sales for one of the world’s major consumer electronic brands. The role will increase retail presence, ensure compliance, develop team performance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, mentor and develop a remote team of Dedicated Sales and Training Representatives.
Serve as the primary expert for each team member’s performance in client service, sales targets and service order execution.
Act as liaison between representatives, management, and clients overseeing day‑to‑day activities, promotions and assignments.
Ensure success throughout several states covering dozens of retail locations with measurable KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all regions/markets.
Maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Use analysis skills to demonstrate success.
Hold teams accountable.
Recruit top talent for vacancies where applicable.
Lead with enthusiasm and willingness to travel locally and regionally (up to 80% weekly).
Be flexible to work weekends/holidays to coincide with client sales targets and peak volumes.
Qualifications
Undergraduate bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
Minimum two years management experience in retail, retail operations, distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing or service organizations.
Minimum three years in retail, merchandising, and/or consumer packaged goods.
Account/client Management experience desirable.
