Responsibilities
Greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers.
Build relationships with customers.
Identify, test, and price a wide range of consumer electronics from customers.
Determine pricing for smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems, and more through our software and referencing additional resources.
Negotiate pricing with customers while maintaining a professional attitude, demeanor, and business acumen.
Close sales and generate intake receipts.
Requirements
Excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game systems—including data wiping, iCloud removal, and system testing.
Proficient in Windows and macOS.
People person with the ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers.
Ability to remain focused in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
Adaptability from customer to customer, situation to situation.
Fast, accurate typing skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance; fluent in English. Bilingual Spanish is a major plus.
Experience in sales is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to remain on feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours, and lift up to 25 lb.
Must pass a typing and general aptitude test.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday 10 am–7 pm, Saturday 10 am–4 pm, closed Sunday.
