Regional Sales Manager - Commercial and Education (West) Stryker

is seeking a regional sales manager to drive growth in the commercial and education sectors across the western region.

What You Will Do

Work in the field to develop sales account managers and customers, increasing loyalty, accelerating growth and maximizing opportunities.

Develop strategy and address objections to achieve the region’s revenue, share and profitability goals.

Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team, reinforcing the company vision, mission, strategy and position.

Develop and maintain key opinion leader relationships at the executive level.

Manage all customer and employee issues effectively.

Provide feedback and input to management about market, competition, programs and field.

Work with counterparts and other functions to achieve goals.

Handle hiring, training, performance management, territory and quota assignment, forecasting and budgeting.

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferred.

Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a good driving record.

Previous management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.

Require coordination of eye, hand and foot movements and ability to grasp by hand, meeting visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability and memory retention demands.

Mental Requirements

Strong interpersonal communication skills, specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management.

Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.

Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, ability to present to large groups.

Manage time and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Prioritize work and keep detailed confidential records.

Compensation and Benefits

$138,000 - $152,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility, short‑term & long‑term incentives, and benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other factors.
