Our Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) organization is the largest of its kind, supporting the launch and marketing of pharmaceutical and medical products. We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to promote products in the Migraine/Rheumatoid Arthritis space. The role focuses on achieving sales forecasts and building mutually beneficial relationships with physicians and key accounts to drive product adoption and utilization.

Essential Functions

Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales calls or electronic inquiries from prospective or existing customers.

May be involved in order fulfillment, post‑sales or administrative activities.

Responsible for achieving sales versus assigned quota.

Shows general awareness of business, products/services and the market.

Has limited authority to set and negotiate product/service terms and relies on management for planning and resource management.

Resolves routine issues and works on problems of limited scope following standard procedures.

Builds stable relationships internally and with all external customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university.

1‑3 years of inside sales experience required; 1‑2 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred.

Demonstrated success selling in a remote‑only environment.

Proven ability to identify, engage and influence key discussions with physicians.

Ability to interact with all levels of an office, including clinical discussions with prescribers.

Successful completion of all product training tests and certifications.

Strong track record in a competitive environment with documented performance.

Excellent presentation and customer‑relationship management skills.

Experience with Salesforce; Veeva experience preferred.

Ability to convey complex product information accurately and professionally to healthcare professionals.

Receptive to coaching and feedback, with a high work ethic and reliability.

Flexible to meet fluctuating business needs.

Maintains and updates prescriber profiles and organizes territory to meet sales and call targets.

Submits complete, accurate timekeeping and call activity records in the approved CRM.

Complies with promotional program and proper use of promotional materials and budgets.

Compensation and Benefits The potential base pay range for this role is $65,000 – $70,000 annually. Actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other benefits may also be offered, including health and welfare benefits.
