Account Manager in Staffing Sales
Job Type: Full-Time/Perm Role
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a recruiter from the staffing world who’s itching to break into sales—but feels stuck where they are. If you know you’ve got the drive and your current company is holding you back, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll command Sales Navigator like a fleet admiral, ride HubSpot like a pro jockey, and tap into GPTs like a cyborg. You’ll be learning the ropes of staffing sales while building new client relationships and growing some existing ones. Expect to warm call, network, and show up—both virtually and in person.
Who You’ll Learn From You bring the recruiting chops, and we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll work alongside some of the most successful and supportive professionals in the staffing industry—people who actually enjoy mentoring and helping you level up.
Where You’ll Be Doing It We’re hybrid: in the office (Needham, MA) Tuesday through Thursday, remote on Monday and Friday. And this isn’t some beige-walled office—our Needham space is a modern coworking hub packed with perks, good vibes, and free snacks. It’s built for learning and collaboration.

you must have prior experience recruiting at a staffing firm .
