Foreman Telecom Underground
At Pauley Construction, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team, you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems. You’ll ensure everyone follows safety protocols and project timelines. Responsibilities
Lead crews to meet project timelines and oversee work direction. Operate and manage construction equipment and excavation operations. Coordinate pre‑construction meetings, interface with customers and city inspectors. Keep detailed safety and production records, perform as‑builds and maintain high‑quality work. Assist in securing site safety, train crew members, and read blueprints. Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks, hiring, interviewing and report preparation. Qualifications
18 years of age or older, valid driver’s license, authorization to work in the US. High School Diploma, GED or related work experience. 6–12 months of utility construction or telecommunications related experience. Experience with professional reporting, time sheets, job cost, material slips, purchase orders, and equipment maintenance. Previous foreman experience preferred. Background check, drug screening, and ability to attend required training. Strong leadership, communication, safety knowledge, and ability to read blueprints. Benefits
