Your role within the team Under the direction of the Manager of Order Fulfillment, this position is responsible for supporting order placement and fulfillment activities for CPG brands sold in the US and Canada, primarily pet food and supplements. Tasks include order entry, tracking, communicating with team members, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and vendor compliance programs.
Duties and responsibilities
Domestic and international sales order entry/creation, changes/modification, logging and updates.
Customer purchase order coordination with customers and internal sales team.
Customer/Vendor compliance program logging and disputing.
Daily coordination with the warehouse and logistics team.
Operations process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate on new sales opportunities and order fulfillment solutions.
Assist in developing and owning a new customer compliance program.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, no mandatory discipline.
Walmart or other retail order fulfillment and coordination experience a plus.
Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Netsuite ERP experience a plus.
People-oriented nature resulting in a drive to help others; resulting in strong customer service and responsiveness.
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor a message for the recipient.
Strong dedication to the job, ownership of role and team performance.
Strong attention to detail with good follow-through to ensure job completion and accuracy.
Good organizational skills, ability and willingness to help solve complex supply scenarios.
Ability to schedule, plan and lead weekly meetings to keep internal stakeholders aligned.
Ability to work within a team, cross training and backing up team members on work outside of the defined role.
Local team members are required to be in our Orlando office (located near UCF) 3 days/week. Non‑local team members may be required to travel up to 15%.
