Lead Regional Value-Added Services (VAS) Field Marketing focused on demand generation and market awareness for Acceptance Solutions and Risk & Identity Solutions. Plan and execute all field marketing activities for Visa VAS in the region, ensuring initiatives support business growth and priorities. Engage Regional Leadership in GTM and Sales as a marketing partner. Collaborate closely with regional sales, product, and executive leaders across the VAS and Acceptance Solutions ecosystem to align marketing programs with business goals, drive net new revenue opportunities, and cross-sell and upsell solutions. Adapt and execute VAS Acceptance Solutions Marketing Plans in the region. Translate business unit, solutions, and product priorities into actionable regional marketing plans, leveraging content and best practices to drive awareness, demand generation, and partner engagement across Acceptance Solutions, Processing, Core Banking, Loyalty, Digital, and Risk & Identity solutions. Lead event activation planning and execution for key industry and Visa-hosted events, including pre-event positioning, onsite activation, and post-event follow-up. Drive localization and adaptation of marketing and sales content to meet unique regional and customer needs, and develop region-specific materials to support sales and partner conversations. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, using insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Qualifications

10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree such as Masters, MBA, JD, MD). PhD acceptable. 12+ years of progressively responsible B2B marketing or communications experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Technology sectors. Deep expertise in marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, demand generation, and launching new products and solutions. Proven ability to engage, influence, and partner with senior business leaders and cross‑functional teams. Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to present and influence at all levels. Highly collaborative, energetic, and solutions‑oriented, adding value to team and culture. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; data‑driven focus on measurable business outcomes. Culturally aware with experience working across global and regional teams. This hybrid position is based in Austin, TX. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Travel & Physical

Travel 5‑10% of the time. Role performed in an office setting, requiring standard office equipment. Compensation & Benefits

Estimated salary range: $160,500 – $232,900 per year, plus potential sales incentive payments. Eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program. EEO Statement
