This role is based in our Norcross, GA office.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This mid-level position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with 3+ years of media sales experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth across our media portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or vertical markets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Account Management
Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue potential
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop customized media solutions
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and optimization recommendations
Market Intelligence
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build market presence
Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product development and positioning
Qualifications Experience & Skills
3-5 years of proven success in media sales, advertising sales, or related B2B sales role
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of digital and traditional media landscape
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Education & Attributes
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B media sales within relevant industry verticals
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and digital marketing strategies
Existing network of industry contacts and relationships
Previous experience with media planning and campaign optimization
