Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position located in Bloomfield Hills, MI, for a Regional Manager specializing in MH Property Management. The Regional Manager will oversee the successful operation of multiple manufactured housing communities, ensuring financial performance, property maintenance, and resident satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing and training property staff, implementing strategic business plans, monitoring budgets, enforcing policies, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The role also involves engagement with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and address community needs effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in property management, asset management, and site operations

Proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and financial reporting

Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service capabilities

Knowledge of local housing regulations and compliance requirements

Analytical and problem-solving skills related to operational challenges

Proficiency in using property management software and tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred
