About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a Customer Value Strategist to own and scale our Customer Value Program across Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement. This role will drive the strategy, execution, and measurement of business value initiatives that prove customer outcomes and accelerate sales cycles. You'll lead strategic initiatives such as developing benchmarks, creating enablement content, and establishing data-driven frameworks that demonstrate the quantifiable impact of the Falcon Platform.

This is a fully remote position reporting to the Director, Value Strategy and Program.

What You'll Do: Value Program & Stakeholder Management

Proactively own business value workstreams from ideation through enablement to measurement, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product teams

Strategically tackle problems and brainstorm solutions by understanding the cross-functional stakeholders and their needs

Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive "One CrowdStrike" alignment

Develop project plans, manage timelines, and drive accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives

Business Value Strategy & Content Development

Design and build business value benchmark and customer outcome frameworks based on internal and external data sources such as Falcon Platform data, industry and analyst reports, and customer validated KPIs

Develop compelling business value narratives and enablement materials (playbooks, webinars, case studies) tailored to different audiences

Translate complex product technical capabilities into quantifiable business outcomes

Data Analysis & Insights

Build and maintain dashboards that track program KPIs, customer outcomes, and business value metrics

Analyze customer data to identify trends, validate value propositions, and optimize value models

Monitor industry reports, research, and competitive trends; advise the Value Engineering team on model updates and optimizations

Demonstrate ROI and program impact through data-driven storytelling

Enablement & Optimization

Enable field teams through targeted training, office hours, and just-in-time support

Provide technical and operational support for program tooling

Continuously optimize user experience and program effectiveness based on feedback and data

What You'll Need:

5+ years of experience in business value, sales operations, product marketing, or strategic program management within enterprise B2B SaaS

Proven track record developing strategies, benchmarks, and enablement in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams

Strong project/program management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments

Data fluency: Comfortable with data analysis, building dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar), and translating data into actionable insights

Mastery of financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback, TCO) and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, etc.)

Excellent content creation and communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and executive audiences

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms

High emotional intelligence and executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Bonus Points:

Experience managing SaaS applications and collaborating with Product teams on requirements, roadmaps, and UX optimization

Background in cybersecurity or adjacent industries

Experience with customer success metrics and outcome-based selling

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $57.000 - $90.000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
