Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Scrum Master

Indev, Olympia, Washington, United States

Save Job

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing the currently included user stories and estimate the level of effort. Further requirements definition and refinement may be required. The backlog, requirements, and sprint features will be recorded in Jira and made readily available to the product owner, PM/COR, and NHTSA stakeholders. In addition, the requirements should be captured, tracked, and maintained on a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) as part of the requirements elicitations and analysis process. This will assist with the development efforts through user acceptance testing and be kept as a master to ensure all requirements are reviewed, developed, implemented, tested, and accepted prior to program closeout. Any requirement that becomes obsolete or technically infeasible, should be vetted with the PM and COR prior to its inactive/obsolete designation on the master (do not delete) - as long as the requirements do not change the scope of the contract.

The ASDLC will be part of the overall project management plan (PMP) to consistently deliver high-quality capabilities and feature sets that accurately reflects the requirements in an iterative manner. The Contractor shall employ rigorous requirements analysis/elicitation, create a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and implement automation to build, test and deploy software solutions according to well-established modern DevSecOps processes and software engineering best practices. Project and program artifacts should be agreed up and maintained throughout the period of performance and align with the QASP.

QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Scrum Master must have at least 5 years of experience and have strong written and verbal communication skills that translate well into requirements baselines that both technical experts and business owners can understand. Proven ability to provide detailed, comprehensive, testable, and traceable process components in several formats including, but not limited to Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, System Software Specifications, Use Cases, etc. Toolsets (e.g. JIRA). Relevant development technologies (e.g. Appian), may also be required.
