What You’ll Do
Manage inbound and outbound member calls
Schedule and host virtual benefit consultations
Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
Guide members through enrollment and documentation
Ensure compliance and accuracy in all interactions
Collaborate with your team and invest in ongoing personal development
