ABOUT THIS SHOP FOREMAN JOB This supervisory position encompasses a range of shifts scheduled within business hours, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
As the Shop Foreman at City Auto Memphis, your day begins early, overseeing the dispatch process to ensure vehicles are allocated efficiently. You lead the shop production, juggling diagnostics and coordinating with your team to maintain a smooth workflow. With an eye for detail, you organize the shop, ensuring that tools and equipment are in their proper places. Throughout the day, you communicate with staff and customers alike, addressing concerns and providing updates, all while fostering a collaborative environment that boosts team morale and enhances productivity. Every day, you play a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Would you excel in this mechanical leadership position? Here's what you need:
5+ years of technician experience
Management team and leadership experience
Driver’s License
The following qualifications are
preferred :
ASE certification
Factory Certification
