We are seeking a dynamic Technology Strategy Analyst to drive market-facing insights and support strategic initiatives for our Tech Committee. This role partners closely with the HQ Strategy team to deliver timely, actionable intelligence from the U.S. innovation ecosystem, shaping Lenovo's technology roadmap. Key Responsibilities
Technology Scouting & Landscape Monitoring
Monitor emerging technology trends, startups, and academic research in areas such as AI, smart devices, and enterprise infrastructure, with a strong focus on North America. Analyze strategies and activities of major industry players (e.g., Google, Meta, Apple, OpenAI, Microsoft) to identify implications for Lenovo's business. Contribute to weekly global syncs and deliver regular strategic reports on technology and market trends. Tech Committee Communication & Project Management
Support Tech Committee operations, including overseas activities, action-item tracking, and development of high-quality meeting content. Ensure timely communication with Tech Committee members and workstream owners. Collaborate with the Beijing-based Strategy Team to integrate U.S. insights into global Tech Committee initiatives. Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a technical or innovation-driven environment. Strong ability to research, synthesize, and document emerging technology trends. Proven project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AI modeling and related technologies. Experience in technology scouting or competitive intelligence is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to cross collaborate. The base salary range budgeted for this position is $120k - $150k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
