Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of retail sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales

Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to ensure team members reach their full potential

Oversee daily operations on the sales floor, including opening and closing procedures

Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth

Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution

Maintain a thorough understanding of products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and drive sales

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or supervisory role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail POS systems

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
