Lead Maintenance Technician

$85,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience)
Hours:
1st Shift, Monday – Friday; on call as needed
Pay range is provided by Connect Search, LLC. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
10+ years’ experience leading or managing large‑scale capital projects and managing vendors related to manufacturing facility maintenance, preferably plastic injection molding.
Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC skills.
Working knowledge of fabrication and machine shop tools.
Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
ERP system and CMMS experience and working knowledge required.
Ability to be on call as needed for emergencies after hours.
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
