Collect customer satisfaction survey responses and follow up.
Qualifications
1+ year experience as a Service Advisor at a new‑car dealership.
Friendly, cooperative demeanor with strong relationship‑building skills.
Motivated, patient, and conscientious team player.
Analytical, detail‑oriented with precise and accurate work habits.
Proficient with DMS and other essential software.
