We are seeking a

Marketing Manager

to join our Global Marketing Team at Fossil Group in

What You Will Do In This Role

Support the development of global brand and product marketing strategies that define clear vision, positioning, and direction across markets

Partner with licensors to co-create seasonal brand marketing strategies aligned with global priorities and regional opportunities

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize global strategies and tailor activations to key markets

Build and manage seasonal integrated marketing calendars connecting global campaigns to regional execution

Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Merchandising, and Sales teams to define seasonal moments and tactics that drive awareness and conversion

Serve as a strategic link between Global Brand Marketing, regional leads, and licensors to share insights, trends, and campaign learnings

Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs across markets to deliver actionable recommendations

Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with regional teams and licensors to ensure budget adherence and brand consistency

Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Manage marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and compliance across brands, markets, and partners

Lead and develop team members (if applicable) to deliver marketing initiatives effectively and collaboratively

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

7+ years of experience in marketing within consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands; experience in global or regional markets preferred

Proven success in integrated marketing and campaign management across multiple channels and markets

Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and international teams

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

Analytical and insights-driven with a strong passion for creativity, storytelling, and business performance
