Schedule :
40 hours week, M-F 9am-5pm
In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events designed to drive measurable revenue growth and achieve key business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—especially Sales—to ensure seamless event execution and effective lead follow‑up. Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person marketing events Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and day‑of execution support Utilize event management tools to handle registration, email communications, and attendee tracking Partner closely with Sales to ensure timely and effective lead handoff and follow‑up Track event performance and assist with reporting on event‑driven revenue impact Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all event touchpoints Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or a related marketing role Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail Experience using event management platforms and marketing tools Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, particularly Sales Solid understanding of brand guidelines and consistent brand representation Preferred Skills
