Job Overview Event Services Group (ESG) is seeking two highly organized and proactive Event Managers to join our Logistics & Operations team. In this dynamic, full-time role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of high-impact events. From concept to completion, you’ll ensure seamless operations that exceed client expectations. This position requires a strong blend of logistical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute event themes, concepts, and objectives in alignment with company goals.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and scope.

Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Oversee event logistics, staff, and vendors to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.

Conduct pre-event briefings on logistics, safety, and emergency protocols.

Supervise on-site event execution and respond to real-time issues with professionalism.

Monitor event flow to ensure adherence to timelines and client expectations.

Make in-the-moment adjustments to enhance the overall client and guest experience.

Lead post-event evaluations to assess performance and identify improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of experience in event planning and management.

Proven success in delivering high-quality events with a portfolio of past projects.

Strong project management and budget forecasting skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership abilities.

Ability to handle high-stress environments and problem‑solve in real-time.

Familiarity with event trends, including sustainability and technology integration.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
