Position Summary The
Marketing Coordinator
plays a critical role in supporting Titan Factory Direct's sales and marketing efforts while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position blends
digital marketing, social media, AI-assisted website updates, administrative coordination, and brand support
to equip our sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.
This is a
hands-on, fast-paced role
ideal for a highly organized individual who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern AI tools and multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities Includes but is not limited to:
Marketing & Digital Support Write and publish blog content to support SEO and marketing initiatives Compile, organize, and distribute approved marketing materials to company email groups for sales team use Assist with website updates, photo updates, and content revisions using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini Coordinate and organize new photo shoots for homes, communities, and sales locations Manage and organize digital files in CRM Manage and schedule social media content across company platforms Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions Use analytics insights to
develop and adjust social media strategy
across platforms Test new content ideas, formats, captions, posting times, and engagement tactics to improve performance Identify trends and opportunities, and proactively recommend new ideas to increase brand visibility and lead generation Collaborate closely with the videographer to plan, coordinate, and execute video content aligned with marketing goals Assist with content planning, shot lists, and creative direction for social and website use Report performance insights and recommendations to management as needed Compile customer testimonials and success stories for marketing use Monitor online reviews and manage the overall review reputation Identify and elevate negative reviews to upper management promptly for resolution
Administrative, Office, and Team Operations Maintain office organization, restocking supplies, and general office upkeep Order and track marketing print materials, awards, signage, and branded items Order FedEx materials and manage outgoing mail and shipments Assist with general office duties as needed Attend company events, sales meetings, promotions, and community activities as needed to assist with taking photos, presenting, etc. Collect, organize, and submit marketing-related invoices to upper management Track marketing expenses and assist with vendor communication as needed
Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with social media management and content creation Basic understanding of graphic design using tools like Canva Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital content Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for content and workflow support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and dependable in a fast-paced environment Experience with administrative or office coordination tasks is a plus Experience in the housing industry is a plus Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to grow within a well-established, expanding company
